Deadline for submitting additional documentation for Galenika August 16

The deadline for the three bidders for Galenika to amend the flaws in the documentation submitted expires on Tuesday, August 16.

The financial bids will be opened after the commission has determined that the amendments are valid.

Bids have been submitted by Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited from India, EMS S.A. from Brazil and the Consortium of Frontier Pharma Limited from Great Britain and LLC NPA Petrovax Pharm from Russia.

The commission for carrying out the strategic partnership procedure for the pharmaceutical company Galenika has determined that the documentation submitted has certain formal flaws and set the deadline for their amendment.

Following the opening of the financial bids, the commission makes the ranking list. The final list is adopted by the Government of Serbia, which also pronounces the best bidder. The negotiations with the top-ranked bidder last for 90 days at most.

The tender for the selection of a strategic partner for Galenika, which will acquire 25% of ownership in Galenika through a capital increase, at the price of at least EUR 7 million, was called on April 4.
