Nis ready for Nisville Jazz Festival – 660 musicians, 110 concerts

This year’s Nisville Jazz Festival will take place at the Nis Fortress from August 11 to 14, with over 660 musicians performing, announced the festival’s director Ivan Blagojevic.

He said at the press conference in Belgrade that there will be 110 concerts of foreign and local performers on 11 stages.

The festival will open with the performance by the band Naissblue and close with a performance by Marko Markovic Rubikons Band.

For the first time this year, Biljana Krstic & Bistrik will perform at Nisville, promoting their new album, Svod.

This is the 33rd Nisville Jazz Festival. Last year, it was attended by around 150,000 people.
