The property of IMK 14. oktobar Krusevac in bankruptcy on sale – The value estimated at RSD 4.6 billion

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has called, as the administrative receiver of the Industry of Machinery and Components IMK 14. oktobar AD Krusevac in bankruptcy, the third sale of the moveable and immovable property of the debtor in possession through the public collection of bids.

The immovable property consists of structures in Krusevac and Bivolje, registered as metal processing facilities – halls, warehouses, painting facility, repair center, workshops, gas stations... Also on offer are open warehouses and land property. The moveable property includes capital assets, small inventory and supplies, as well as the documentation pertaining to the manufacture program of IMK 14. oktobar.

The estimated value of the property is RSD 4.6 billion. This is not the minimum acceptable amount, nor is it in any other way binding for the bidder in determining the value of the offer.

The deadline for submitting bids is August 8, 2016, at 12 o’clock, and the public opening of bids will be held 15 minutes later at the premises of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.
