Squeeze-out process at Imlek completed - The company ends its quotation at the Belgrade Stock Exchange

A squeeze-out process at dairy Imlek (IMLK) was completed yesterday, June 27th, CSD reported.

The AGM approved this decision on June 17th, while squeeze-out price is determined at RSD 5,892 per share. As a result, the biggest Serbian and regional dairy will end its quotation at the Belgrade Stock Exchange after 13 years. BELEX15 will be adjusted in this manner, which means that it will now account 11 members.
