Kamaras no longer heading Zelezara Smederevo

The management of Zelezara Smederevo decided on Saturday, June 25, to terminate the agreement on running the company with the company of Peter Kamaras HPK Engineering and HPK Management Ltd, since, as they stated, the company failed to perform the obligations under the agreement.

- The general meeting of Zelezara SMederevo reached a unanimous decision today on the termination of the agreement on managing and counceling, signed on March 21, last year, with the company HPK Engineering BV and HPK Management Ltd, due to failure to perform the obligations and the violation of the terms of the agreement by the other party – the statement says.

By the same decision, the general meeting of Zelezara Smederevo named Ivan Milosevic the new director of the company on Saturday.

Zelezara Smederevo and the Republic of Serbia continue with all the necessary activities for the successful realization of the transaction between Zelezara Smederevo and the company Hesteel Serbia, the announcement concludes.
