The administrative receiver of the Joint-stock company for hotel trade and hospitality Plana from Velika Plana – JSC Staro Selo, which has declared bankruptcy, has announced the sale of immovable and movable property of the debtor in possession through a solicitation for tenders.

The object of the sale is, among others, the hotel Plana in Staro Selo, as well as a hunting house, a covered pool and a few sports courts on the same site. The object Vozdova Koliba in Radovanjski Lug is also on sale, as are the construction and agricultural plots in Staro Selo.

The initial price is 60,891,114.50 RSD.

The solicitation for tenders will be held on 30 June 2016 at 12 o'clock in Pozarevac.
