Sava Insurance a.d.o. Beograd is taking over entire portfolio of As osiguranje ado Beograd, on the basis of the Agreement on non-life insurance portfolio transfer and Decision of the National Bank of Serbia on approval of insurance portfolio transfer.
Accordingto the statement of Sava Insurance, due to withdrawal of Adriatic Slovenica from the Serbian market,Adriatic Slovenica and Sava Re recognized mutual interest in non-lifeinsurance portfolio transfer between their subsidiaries in Serbia.
Transfer of entire insurance portfolio will be completed by May 27, 2016 .
