Mladen Grujić became majority owner of "Lilly" drug stores

Mladen Grujić has become the owner of 96.75% of drug store chain "Lilly" after it took over 76.69% of the company on public tender. Before he announced public bid for takeover of all remaining stocks of "Lilly", Grujić had been the owner of 20.04% of the drug store chain.


On November 1, Grujić announced public bid for takeover of 63,601 stocks of "Lilly" at price of 600 RSD per stock. Prior to November 28, Grujić bought 61,019 stocks at price of 601 RSD per stock.


Market value of "Lilly", with the price of stock of 600 RSD, is about 47m RSD. The company realized net profit in amount of 106m RSD in 2006. "Lilly" owns ten retail facilities whose total surface is about 1,750 square meters.


Mladen Grujić is also co-owner of companies "Hleb i kifle" and "Neimarski poduhvat".
