Chinese pour USD 600 m in Zelezara Smederevo

The Bank of China has approved to Hesteel a loan of USD 600 m. The loan is planned for investments and working capital for Zelezara Smederevo, Politika finds out.

Hesteel on its website announced that it is planning that steel plant in Smederevo becomes the most competitive producer of iron and steel in Europe. As they state, significant funds have been planned for equipment and they will also work on improving quality of products as well as environmental protection.
