Finish, Bulgarian and Indians want Galenika - Government is considering extension of deadline for documentation purchase

Deadline for purchase of documentation expired April 22 and companies that has not appeared so far as potential buyers showed interest in acquisition of 25% of Zemun-based factory.

Acquisition of 25 % of capital at Galenika requires at least EUR 7 m and according to unofficial information, the Government is considering to extend deadline for submission of applications to May 25. This way, make way for talks with other companies that are interested to enter Galenika.

According to Blic , companies which showed interest are American Pari Biomedical , Piqur from Base, Julphar and Care Pharma PLC" .
