SEAF Fund additionally capitalized "PC Centar" with 2m USD

Deputy Manager of private investment fund SEAF (South Balkan Fund), Nikola Stefanović, and President of Administrative Board of "PC Centar", Darko Gajić, signed the contract on additional capitalization of that company, one of the leading distributors of IT equipment in Serbia, yesterday (December 6, 2007).

Stefanović pointed out that SEAF's investment of 2m USD, which will be obtained through additional capitalization, would help development of company "PC Centar". He added that SEAF would become the co-owner of the company with the share of 33%, which would contribute to the development of private entrepreneurship on the market of southeast Europe.

- The aim of additional capitalization is that "PC Centar" quickly becomes one of the two leading distributors of IT equipment in Serbia. SEAF intends to develop cooperation with another ten or so private Serbian enterprises within the next few years - Stefanović pointed out.
