Metalac divides 1,54% of its own shares to employees

Gornji Milanovac-based holding Metalac divided to employees 15,721 stocks ( 1.54 % of total ) for incentive remuneration. The companies acquired these shares last October at RSD 2.230 dinars per share when it purpose of their acquisition was stated.
According to “ Wisebroker ", this was the second time that Metalac acquired its own shares , and previously this procedure was conducted in the fall of 2014 at RSD 2,420. Since the beginning of the campaign, Metalac generated increase in of 6.1 % , and at the latest price, company market capitalization totals RSD 2.7 billion ( EUR 21.6 m).Companies:
