Israeli "Kavim Public Transportation" became majority owner of Vranje-based "Jedinstvo"

Israeli company "Kavim Public Transportation" has become the majority owner of Transportation company "Jedinstvo" from Vranje.

Israeli company, which is also the majority owner of "Autoprevoz Čačak", bought 53.5% of stocks of "Jedinstvo" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday (November 27, 2007).

"Jedinstvo" has 150 buses and 650 employees. It deals with transportation, as well as tourism, catering and provision of printing services. In addition to workshops and administrative building in Vranje, it also has six bus stations and four travel agencies.
