Gornji Milanovac-based Trendtex pours EUR 1,2 m for procurement of equipment and energy facility expansion

President of municipality, Milisav Mirkovic, said at the press conference that Prijepolje-based Trendtex started production in these halls and that by the end of April 300 workers will be employed.

He said the job was provided for former workers of Rudnik and that majority of them will sit at machines again. This time they will sew protection equipment for the European market which German HMT is taking over.

Trendtex announced that EUR 1, 2 m will be announced for any procurement of equipment and expansion of energy facilities.

He outlined that Technical school will receive proposal to open departments for confection workers to enable pre-qualifications as well as entry of graduated primary school students who will replace retired workers.
