"Jat Arways" started using "Amadeus Altea Inventory system" for control of available seats on the plane
On November 7, "Jat Arways" started using "Amadeus Altea Inventory system" for control of available seats on the plane according to certain rating structure.
This program enables quicker, more quality and more reliable service and it has direct influence on growth of company's incomes. Of total of 200 airliners that fly in Europe, "Jat" is the 33rd air transportation company in the world that introduced "Altea" system.
In that way, Serbian national company joined the group of world leading airliners, such as British "British Airways" and Australian "Quantas". Numerous prestigious companies, such as "Lufthansa" and "Air France" and partners from their alliances, are yet to introduce this system.
Since "Altea" is technically the most progressive and financially the most profitable system for ticket sale management, "Jat Airways" is now enabled better decision-making, as well as higher competitiveness. Thus, the company's value is growing in technological sense and opportunities are created for more quality cooperation with partners.
