Flights from Vojvodina too - Airport in Vrsac becomes commercial soon

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic said Friday (12 February 2016) that the airport in Vrsac, which is currently in use by SMATSA Aviation Academy, was going to launch commercial services soon.
Answering the questions of the press, she said that the Aviation Academy would finish the documentation in 10 to 15 days to have the runway extended, stressing that the airport in Vrsac had three runways. As she added, the Belgrade airport Nikola Tesla has only one runway.
- The airport in Vrsac is going to extend the runway, which means it will definitely become a commercial airport - said Mihajlovic.
