Property of Rudnici i topionica AD Zajaca goes under hammer - Price starts from RSD 200 million

The bankruptcy manager of the Loznica concern Farmakom M.B. Sabac - Rudnici i topionica ad Zajaca in bankruptcy has announced the sale of this bankrupt debtor as a juristic person by public auction.
The property of the bankrupty debtor is comprised of movables and immovables, the most significant of which is a land of over 470,000 square meters and existing facilities on parcels - production facility, administrative buildings, machinery, chemical laboratory... As far as movable property is concerned, the company is selling the equipment, stocks and all items in the inventory that was done on the bankruptcy proceedings commencement date.
A starting price is RSD 200 million, while the deposit for participation in the auction is at RSD 117,144,085.80.
The deadline to buy the auction documentation is 11 March 2016, and public auction will be held 18 March 2016, at 12 noon, in the Court of Commerce of Valjevo.
