Museum of Public Procurements opened in Banjaluka
This symbolic Museum of Public Procurements contains unusual exhibits, such as a common ashtray, which was paid KM 1,293 during the furnishing of the new building of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, or a trash can which cost KM 1,733.
One of the exhibits is a bottle of alcohol because the Public Preschool Institution in Banjaluka used to procure supplies for kindergarten by direct agreement at 360 times their regular price, including 666 liters of alcohol.
There is also a piece of asphalt on display as it cost taxpayers in Bosnia-Herzegovina a whopping KM 2,111 per square meter.
All these exhibits are on display in a Banjaluka coffee shop given that no institution or shopping center in Banjaluka agreed to host the exhibition.
