AS Nezivotno osiguranje withdraws from Serbia

The non-life insurance company AS Nezivotno osiguranje is planning on leaving the market of Serbia. When asked by eKapija to comment on these media speculations, General Manager Aleksandar Mitrovic confirmed that the majority owner of AS Nezivotno osiguranje, Adriatic Slovenica, intended to withdraw from Serbia.

- Considering that certain withdrawal procedures are already underway, we cannot give any additional information as long as the process is ongoing – said Mitrovic.

Adriatic Slovenica is holds a 96.03% stake in As Nezivotno osiguranje, while the second largest shareholder is KD Kvart from Ljubljana with 3.70% of shares in its possession.
