"Bjelasica Rad" to come out of bankruptcy through new additional capitalization worth 2.6m EUR

- "Eurofond", the majority owner of Bijelo Polje-based factory "Bjelasica Rad", has decided to prepare that factory to come out of bankruptcy through new additional capitalization - Manager of "Eurofond", Boiša Šotra, announced.

Board of Managers gave proposition and the assembly of stockholders adopted decision about issue of stocks, the third since April 2007 when programmed bankruptcy was introduced into the company.

Total of 2.5m EUR entered the company through first two additional capitalizations, but more than 1 million was spent on severance pays and overhaul.
