Austrians pour EUR 16 m in Mitros - March to see production start, job for 300 people

The works comprised total reconstruction and rehabilitation of roof and facades as well as interior works. Entire sewerage network, water supply and electrical installations were replaced.

- The works came to the stage when we started installing technology where meat production and processing will be done - Ramo Adrovic, head of Mitros, says.

The mayor of Sremska Mitrovica, Branislav Nedimovic, says that as of March, when contracting of pigs starts as well as hiring of people, importance of Mitros for Sremska Mitrovica will be seen.

The facility where the works are finishing should be fully operational as of March and it is expected that 300 people will be hired.
