American company "Bećović menagment group" was the only bidder for procurement of Ulcinj-based hotels "Mediteran" and "Galeb". American company took part in the tender for "Galeb" at the end of 2004. On that occasion, the first-ranked company "Rokšped" from Podgorica offered €1.13m for "Galeb" and €4.5m for investment program, but it was estimated that that was not enough. (Pregled)
