Lasta's bus station to be relocated in Novi Beograd by April latest - Start of big tower construction of Belgrade Waterfront underway in January
Prime minister Aleksandar Vucic announced that in the next three months, Lasta’s bus station will relocate to Block 42, that this year extensive renovation of facades at Kosancicev venac will start and that the works on the big tower within the Belgrade Waterfront will start in late January.
Aleksandar Vucic visited the works on the Belgrade Waterfront project and walked along the Sava promenade to the site of the first two residential towers of the project and in his interview with journalists, he said the work son project are making good progress and that he is very satisfied.
The prime minister announced that this year a huge renovation of facades at Kosancicev venac will start, that as for the start, the City and republic will manage 40 facades and that the area around Kalemegdan will be maintained so that “foreigners will see why Belgrade is called the it is”.
Vucic also announced the work son the big tower of the Belgrade Waterfront are starting by late January. According to him, construction of the Belgrade Waterfront will significantly contribute to GDP increase, entire construction industry as well as capacities and options of our construction companies.
