(Predrag Culibrk) Employees in Telekom Srbija will be provided with incentives through voluntarily leave fund and when this no longer generates results, technological surplus manpower problem will be solved, head of the company, Predrag Culibrk, said.
- In 2015, we cut headcount for 500 through the fund for voluntarily leave. We set aside significant funds for that - Culibrk said in his interview for daily Politika and added that they are also planning the voluntary leave program in 2016 since there is surplus manpower.
Culibrk said that Telekom Srbije has three times people more than in other companies together which are competitors to Telekom while total profit of all competitors together and Telekom is proportional. He added Telekom has infrastructure which is coming to almost every home in Serbia and that maintenance of Telekom's network is more complex than of competitors'.
