Waste water treatment plant is starting operations in Sabac soon - Completion of the second stage planned for 2017

Only Leskovac will have this kind of facility in Serbia apart from Sabac and it will bring huge advantages since foreign investors pay a lot of attention to environmental standards. Earlier, entire fecal and industrial sewerage went into the Sava and after putting this facility into operation, this river will be much cleaner.

There is the second stage of facility functioning, so-called mud line. Expert teams outline that after mud processing, pure energy is generated which will completely fulfill the needs of the facility. Final completion of entire facility is planned for 2017.
