The Parliament of Serbia adopted 29 December 2015 the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, which cuts the fines for citizens who fail to pay the tax on time from 50,000 to 5,000 dinars.
The law also stipulates more lenient penalties for juristic persons. Company owners who fail either to submit tax return on time or pay the tax in its entirety will be fined RSD 100,000 instead of current RSD 150,000.

This is only one of the laws that the Serbian parliament adopted yesterday.
