Komercijalna banka is preparing for privatization in 2017 - New services and expansion in the region underway

Komercijalna banka will try in the next year to increase the value of the bank and prepares it for privatization planned for 2017, new president of the Executive Board at Komercijalna banka Alexander Picker, has said today.

As he said, their objective is that in the next year, Komercijalna banka does not become only national but regional leader as well as well as a leading Serbian bank when it comes to success in solving problematic loans.

He outlined that Komercijalna banka will not be prepared for privatization using force but in a way that “everyone will want the bank”. Picker added that, since he already has experience in privatization, he believes that sales price of the bank will be known at the last moment before the process.
