Bisnode from Sweden acquires Belgrade-based Rating

Swedish company Bisnode has announced that it has strengthened its market position by acquiring Rating d.o.o from Serbia, Bonline d.o.o. from Croatia and the credit rating agency I d.o.o. from Slovenia.
The Bisnode Group, which operates in 17 European countries, has signed an agreement to acquire companies which cover the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania. This agreement takes effect January 2016. The companies taken over in 2014 generated a revenue of EUR 1.232 million this year, employing a total of 17 people.
By acquiring these companies, Bisnode has ensured a further growth of business, larger shares in all the markets it already operates in, as well as an additional source of information. Integration of companies into the Bisnode Group will take place in 2016.
