Hermann-Josef Lamberti heads Supervisory Board of Hypo Bank

Hermann-Josef Lamberti is going to replace Marko Voljc in the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hypo Group Alpe Adria AG on November 30th.
At the General Meeting on Friday, 27 November 2015, shareholders of the Hypo Group appointed Mr. Lamberti as a member of the Supervisory Board, and this decision takes effect December 1st, it is stressed in a statement submitted to Tanjug news agency.

- I look forward to taking active part in the reorganization of the bank. We strive to create a first-class offer for our clients, individuals and corporations. Our wish is to grow in a profitable way and strengthen our distribution channels as well as our mobile offer - said Lamberti.

Lamberti used to be a member of the Managing Board of Deutsche Bank and the chairman of the IBM Managing Board in Germany.

Hypo Group Alpe Adria AG is an international holding that operates in southeast Europe through a network of six banks in five countries (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Montenegro), where it has about 250 offices and over 1.2 million clients.
