Pomoravlje to solve water supplying and waste waters problems - Project totals EUR 36 m

In the building of the city assembly of Cuprija municipality, water supplying and utility waste waters project in five municipalities of Pomoravlje was presented. Project totals 36 m, three quarters of which to be funded by EU.

The initiative refers to Cuprija, Despotovac, Paracin, Svilajnac and Rekovac which have some 180.000 people in total and planned time for project implementation is seven years.

"The project in priorities in water supplying and utility waste waters in Pomoravlje region” was presented by the heads of the Regional agencies for economic development of Sumadija and Pomoravlje.

The first project implementation stage started in late May 2013. The Feasibility Study as the final document of the stage was estimated with high grade by the experts of the Working group at Municipal Infrastructure Support Program (MISP) and EU Delegation in Serbia.
