GIZ supports local self-governance - Higher tax payment collection leads to 2 million francs for infrastructure

The head of the project of the German
organization for international cooperation (GIZ) Aleksander Grunauer has
said today that infrastructure works totaling 2 million Swiss francs are
already starting in five municipalities which succeeded in increasing property tax
scope. A million francs is a donation of the Swiss and German government for
better collection of property tax payments while municipalities invested the
same amount.
