Property of DP 21. oktobar from Kragujevac for sale

The Privatization Agency has issued an open call for tenders for the acquisition of property of DP 21. oktobar from Kragujevac. The subject of this sale by public auction is all movable and immovable property in two lots - one in Kragujevac and the other in Toponica.
Lot 1 in Kragujevac includes all movable and immovable property, such as building structures and low-rise buildings, whose estimated value was at EUR 8,311,941 on 31 December 2014. A starting price for this lot is set equal to a third of its estimated value - EUR 2,770,647.

Lot 2 in Toponica includes all movable and immovable property of Kragujevac-based DP 21. oktobar, such as building structures, building land, agricultural land, low-rise buildings and other facilities, whose estimated market price on 31 December 2014 was at EUR 608,771. A start price for this lot is set equalt to a third of its estimated value - EUR 202,923.67.

All those interested can submit applications for participation in the auction until 2 PM on 1 December 2015.

Bids for Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be opened on 3 December 2015 at 10 AM and 12 noon, respectively.
