"Van Drunen Farms Europa" from Banatsko Karađorđevo conquers American market - for needs of processing, fruit imported from Greece

- Factory for processing of fruit, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal herbs "Van Drunen Farms Europa" from Banatsko Karađorđevo, which operates within family company "Van Drunen Farms" from Chicago, exports processed fruit to America, and it is also preparing more offensive appearance on European market - said Manager Radoslav Kobilarov.

The factory from Banatsko Karađorđevo exists from the beginning of year 2005 and it owns special technology for drying fruit by means of liophylization.

Total of 18m USD was invested in construction and equipping of the unit, and the owners announced growth in the entire chain of growing strawberry, raspberry and other fruit.

The factory from Banatsko Karađorđevo was forced to import frozen strawberries from Africa and peaches from Greece for the needs of processing.
