Share Fund to present packages of stocks of companies "Termovent" and "Aleksandrov"

Share Fund of Republic of Serbia announced today (September 12, 2007) that the majority packages of company "Termovent" from Brza Palanka and company "Aleksandrov" from Bikovo will appear on the Stock Exchange on September 27.

Total of 70.07% of stocks, that is, 5,765 stocks of "Termovent", will be offered for sale on the auction at starting price of 100 RSD per stock, as well as 72.80% of stocks or 118,190 stocks of "Aleksandrov", of which starting price will be 561 RSD per stock.

Participant in the auction for "Termovent" can be both domestic and foreign, juristic and physical person who delivers certificate to the Share Fund three days before the scheduled auction that the amount of 576,500 RSD was deposited on the restricted account for procurement of securities, which represents 100% of starting value of the transaction.
