"Totally holiday" took over building of former Ministry of Internal Affairs

Starting September 5, company "Totally holiday" is officially the owner of the bombed complex of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs. Representatives of the Republic Directorate for Property registered the new owner for this property.

According to the words of Žarko Pavlović, Manager of "Totally Holiday", the new owner has fulfilled all obligations even before the deadline.

Republic of Serbia obtained 29.1m EUR, which was the price of the complex of Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs. Also, the new owner paid for the expenses of advertising and court tax, which was stipulated by the tender terms.
