"Rotschild" is first-ranked on tender for consulting company needed for sale of "Jat Airways"
Confirmation of selection of "Rotschild" for the adviser in the process of sale of company "Jat airways" is expected at the meeting of the Government on Thursday, September 6.
Minister of Economy and Regional Development, Mlađan Dinkić, said yesterday (September 4, 2007) that American consulting company "Rotschild" was first-ranked on the tender for privatization adviser for Serbian air transportation company "Jat Airways" and that that company was officially the best world consulting company in field of air transportation.
The consortium led by "Rotschild" encompasses "Citadel Financial Advisory", "Clyde & CO LLP", "Aviation Economics" and "Dekonta".
The other bidder on the tender was the consortium led by company "BNP Paribas".
