Stocks of FOPA soon on stock exchange - Bulgarian "Brikel" interested in purchase of stocks

Signing of the order for sale of stocks of Factory of wrapping paper and packaging "Vladičin Han" is underway.

From the first round of 1,156 stockholders - workers, former workers and retired persons, there is total of 538,000 stocks. Broker companies "Max Dill" from Belgrade and "Broker Niš" from Niš will be representing stockholders on the stock exchange.

As Mile Milosavljević, General Manager of the factory, announced, Bulgarian company "Brikel" is interested in purchase of their stocks.

Offered price per stock was 10 EUR, but it now fell to 8 EUR.
