Will Sirmium steel close?

As of today, all the employees in Mitrovac-based Sirmium steel went on forced collective annual leave.

According to unofficial information, the employees will in the next period receive 65% of the salary and the staff will not work "as for now".

As Ozon radio found out, the plant was rented for a year to Metalfer which is expected to keep a number of employees after all.
