Chips way soon to open chocolate and cookies plant in Cacak

By the end of the year, in Cacak, within chips production plant, Chips way, plant where confectionary products i.e. chocolates, cookies, sticks and other powder products will be made, will open.

- By the end of the year, we are planning to start new product line. We opted for that since this year production and sale of our products increased by 170%, although we planned growth of 103% - Tomislav Bajevic, one of the owners of the Chips way plant.

He says new production department will be opened in the circle of the existing location.

- We have already done reconstruction of the line for production of so-called flour products such as cookies, chocolates, sticks, etc. It is completely new plant, independent, which will hire a number of new people and we expect it to start functioning by the end of the year- Bajevic added.

At the moment, Cacak-based chips plant employs 85 people.
