Novi Sad-based Graditelj NS acquires 7. juli from Sirig for EUR 4, 5 m

Construction company Graditelj NS, which was presented by GM Ljupko Kalaba, offered EUR 4.520.000, which was accepted. Estimated value of 69, 99% capital at Shareholder company 7. Juli Sirig totaled EUR 4.518.962, 87.

Before signing the contract on capital sale at CC Graditelj, the Agency for privatization is obliged to, in line with the Law on privatization and the Regulation on procedure and capital and property sale, though public bids collection with public auction, ask for an opinion from the Ministry of Finance – the Directorate for money laundering prevention – on non-existence of obstacles for buyer’s benefit.

Only after positive opinion of the authority, the Agency for privatization ill sign contract on capital sale with buyer.

Shareholder Company 7. Juli does not rank among the biggest agricultural companies in Vojvodina but what it has should not be neglected. After restitution, Sirig-based combine has 390 ha.
