Faster to seat in airplane - stand for promotion of electronic services of "British Airways" at Airport "Nikola Tesla"
The stand for promotion of electronic services of "British Airways" was placed on Monday (August 20, 2007) at Belgrade's Airport "Nikola Tesla". Personnel of "British Airways" will be at the service to the passengers who need help or want to learn how to book the ticket on the Internet (on-line check-in) and how to print their boarding ticket.
The aim of this stand is to make it possible for the passengers to quicken the flight booking process in the peak of the season by means of the electronic services. The stand has been placed on Terminal 2, next to BA
office, in the vicinity of the check-in window of "British
Airways", and it is intended, first of all, for the passengers of this airliner, as well as for the others who want to see how the online check-in process looks like. This promo stand will be opened prior to September 9.
- The fact that passengers can print their boarding tickets on their printer at home completes the package of electronic services for our passengers from Serbia. Registration of passengers for the flight can now be carried out before the departure to the airport, so that the passengers start their travel without unnecessary waiting in the queues - says Natali Brodnik, Manager of "British Airways" for Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
