Mobile marketing is becoming more present at the market - One Click Solutions is developing innovative solutions for payment collection and communication with clients

Activity we operate in represents an advanced technology and our ambitions are increasing on daily basis as well as scope of work and the number of clients. At the moment, we have EUR 70.000 to 100.000 monthly turnover and we are satisfied with the market position. There is no competition but there is sufficient space and therefore it takes to be the first, have an idea and conquer the market through new contents.

This is how Aleksandar Jevdjic, executive manager at One Click Solutions from Belgrade estimates current business and high technology market situation. In his interview for eKapija, he says that since 2012, the company was practically founded to carry out some outsourcing activities for Fonlider with an intention to have software applications development as core business. Throughout time it human resources capacity enabled it to expand business so this year they registered as VAS service provider as well, i.e. service with added fee. It is a short, four0digit numbers for SMS as well as for fixed phone which provide option for companies to collect payments for their products through mobile phone.

- We are soon taking over presentation of Sitel which one of the leading for call center set up where operator can communicate with client through emails and SMS and social networks, When it comes to this kind of service, in most of the cases tools and technologies are ours and we outsource agents-operators i.e. hire them when needed, Jevdjic outlines.

The collocutor of eKapija says that great advantage of One Click Solutions is the fact that in the previous period it succeeded in setting up a large users database.

- We even have a list of our citizens abroad which can be very interesting for current topic of health tourism. One Click Solutions does not do sale and payment collection but we are only mediators between for instance potential patients and agencies which organize arrival of people for health service usage. We are currently trying to contact the Ministry of Health and directorate for cooperation with diaspora since this way large funds come to our country.

Experienced programmers and young developers as win combination

One Click Solutions at the moment has 12 people and in line with Aleksandar Jevdjic, by the end of the year theer will be 38 of them. They are mainly IT engineers and programmers and they are planning expansion and marketing and finance strengthening.

- IT is our company’s heart, comprising experienced individuals and young developers ready to respond to all challenges the company and market set before them. We have very good cooperation with the Faculty of organizational sciences in Belgrade which is sending its students for practice and we have already hired four of them.

One Click Solutions" uses the most modern tools and technologies in software programming. Our collocutor outlines as the most innovative and wanted service SMS diary, an application for renting and selling real estate and numerous winning games i.e. loyalty programs. The company operates in programming and website development, optimization and internet marketing. Web authorization code service is pretty much developed which offers the option of payment on websites through SMS.

More than 400 companies have currently been operating with solutions and regular support of One Click Solutions. Collocutor of eKapija says that there are all kinds of trade entities, small companies to large systems and banks.

When it comes to business terms for operating at Serbian market, he outlines as the major problem the fact that mobile operators take large percent of fixed assets.

So far, One Click Solutions has practically been working for famous buyer so it had stable funding. Aleksandar Jevdjic says the company has stepping into the market now independently and therefore they are planning new hires, headcount increase and entry in VAS operator. Apart from that, they are announcing a completion of a few education applications and games and they are saying to their colleagues to be innovative.
