Company for roads from Vranje sold to Niš-based Company for Raods for €2m, another €2m in form of investments

Vranje-based Company for Roads (PZP) is becoming part of Company for Roads in Niš on June 15, 2005. Niš-based company has bought 70% of the assets of the company in Vranje for about €2,000,000. Majority owner also took over important investment obligation – it should invest €2,000,000 in the company from Vranje. Company for Roads from Niš will fulfill that obligation already in the first year.

Vranje-based company has installed and well conditioned concrete and asphalt factories: one concrete and 3 asphalt bases located in Vranje and Leskovac. In all 13 municipalities of the Pčinj and Jablanica region they have facilities for specific purposes since that company maintain over 1,300 km of main and regional roads on aforementioned territory.
