Sales process of Magnohrom cancelled

The Agency for privatization cancelled today public call for sale of Kraljevo-based Magnohrom. Public call for collection of offers for sale of company capital was published May 27, 2015.

The initial price was EUR 10,5 m which is estimated market value of the property under hammer.

Magnohrom went private in 2006 when Indian company Global steel holding acquired it for EUR 1,2 m, but the contract terms in 2008 since the buyer did not fulfil contractual terms such as an investment of EUR 23 m.
