Israeli Teva a new owner of Leskovac-based Zdravlje
At the meeting held July 27, managing board of Israeli company, Teva and Irish one Allergan Generics, agreed on sales transaction where Teva acquired for USD 40,5 billiobn Allergan Generics, "Jugpress" portal informs with an explanation that together with the , Allergan, Pharmaceutical and chemical industry (FHI) Zdravlje from Leskovac which belongs to Israeli company also got the new owner.
Teva, as the information portal states, is listed among 10 biggest medicament producers in the world and is famous for high investments and research and development.
Although process where Teva will take over Allergan will last by the end of the first quarter next year, the informed ones think that FHI Zdravlje will not change its name for a large number of drugs which it produces with registration at its old name, "Jugpress" communicates.
