Direct Media acquires 10% at Pink

Direct Media d.o.o. acquired 10% of capital at Pink International Company, Pink company announced.

- Pink International Company informed the Regulatory institution for electronic media and other relevant institutions on changes in ownership structure – it was stated in the Pink’s announcement.

As specified, Managing Board of Pink International Company will decide on all strategic and program issues of the corporation just as it has been the case so far.

Direct Media group is a regional media system which operates in eight countries: Serbia, BIH, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Albania and Bulgaria and it has been operating for 14 years in media and communications field.

It was owned by former mayor of Belgrade and a leader of Democrat Party, Dragan Djilas, but in 2013 it was sold to Bulgarian businessman, Krasimir Gergov.
