Youth philharmonic orchestra Naisus opens Nisville

Youth philharmonic orchestra Naisus is going to open this year's Nisville. Specially for this occasion, these young musicians will play jazz pieces by the most popular jazz composers, such as Cole Porter and Duke Ellington, as well as a jazz suite that made legendary Armstrong famous.

New arrangements have been provided by Nisville, which significantly broadened the repertoire of the youth philharmonic orchestra Naisus.

Naisus was formed in October 2010, at the initiative of conductor Zoran Andric. This big ensemble consists of young people aged 16 to 29 from 18 towns of Serbia, from Subotica to Leskovac.

They performed all around Serbia, as well as in Austria, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria, giving over 20 evening concerts so far.
