Privatization Agency announces sale of 39 enterprises in bankruptcy
The Privatization Agency announced today that it would repeat the tender to sell 39 bankrupted debtors or their property.
The property that will be put up for sale includes apartments in New Belgrade owned by the Rad company as well as facilities of Valjevo-based Srbijanka.
The public company Utva will be selling its holiday hostel in Vodice near Sibenik, while Ikop from Petrovac has 23 facilities bigger than 6,500 square meters to sell.
Among the enterprises whose property will be put up for sale is also Dimitrije Tucovic, the first Serbian sugar plant.
All those interested will also be able to bid for department stores and outlets of Kovin-based Napredak, office space of the construction company Dom in Makenzijeva Street in Belgrade, production complex of Nis-based textile company Niteks in Medvedja...
