New owner of "Kemis" Valjevo and " CLeaning System" Sabac - Polish "Tesla Recycling" took over "Gorenje Surovina"

Polish "Tesla Recycling" has taken over "Gorenje Surovina" that has owned "Kemis" Valjevo, "Kemis BH" and " Cleaning System S" Sabac.

That will be the biggest Polish investment in Slovenia. There is a 69.32% share in "Gorenje Surovina".

The agreed price is based on the company`s value of EUR 29.2 million, reduced by the amount of the debt. The Polish will pay it off in three rates.

"Gorenje" announces the process of disinvestment to continue. Negoitations on share sales in "Publicis" ant its daughter company "Ekogor", as well as Ljubljana HIS, as a 49% owner of "Publicis", are in progress.The possibility of disinvestment in some other companies is being estimated.

"Tesla Recycling" is a part of "Elemental Holding", a leading company for recycling and trade in recyclable materials in Poland.
