Sale of ' Factory of car parts - FAD' from Gornji Milanovac

Bankruptcy manager of ‘Factory of car parts – FAD’ company in bankruptcy in Gornji Milanovac, has announced a sale of the company, and the initial price is 750,000.000 RSD.The assets of bankruptcy insolvent consist of real estates, facilities and equipment, as well as stocks and claims.The deadline for deposit payment is 14 August, and the amount of deposit is 150,000.00 RSD.The deadline for submission of bids is 21 August, at 12 pm, and the public opening of bids is scheduled on the same date, at 12 15 pm at the company’s premises in Gornji Milanovac.According to today’s newspaper ‘Novosti’, banks – as principal creditor of FAD – are blocking auction sales. The first auction which should have been held on 29 May was blocked because of ‘ the need for additional documents’, and the second scheduled for 29 June failed after the arrest of Dusan Babic (47), who is the major owner of FAD . It was only seven days before 29 June.
